Breast health 75% of women who slept in their bras developed breast cancer
1 in 7 who wore their bras 12+ hours per day developed breast cancer
1 in 168 who did not wear a bra developed breast cancer
Within one month of ditching their bras, women with cysts, breast pain, or tenderness found their symptoms disappeared.

CANCER PREVENTION BEGINS WITH YOUR LIFESTYLE CHOICES

Mammograms are portrayed as the best form of "prevention" a woman can get. But early diagnosis is not the same as prevention. And cancer screening that does more harm than good can hardly qualify as "your best bet" against becoming a cancer statistic! I believe the vast majority of all cancers could be prevented by strictly applying basic, common-sense healthy lifestyle strategies, such as the ones below.

Harms of Screening Mammography
Mammography is associated with false-positive results. From the age of 40 to 50 years, the 10-year cumulative risk of at least one false-positive screening mammographic test is 61.3%. In other words, if you have a yearly mammogram from age 40 to 50 years, you have a 61.3% chance that you will have a false positive mammogram. This will entail more radiological testing along with biopsies, surgeries, and of course increased anxiety.Furthermore, each mammogram increases a woman’s risk of breast cancer since a mammogram uses ionizing radiation.

There are estimates that each mammogram increases the risk of breast cancer by 1%.Let’s look at the benefit data another way. In women aged 39-49 years, 1904 women need to be screened to prevent one breast cancer death. That means that 1903 women were screened without any benefit—a 99% failure rate (1903/1904)!

Do Mammograms Save Lives?
Not many. A better question might be, “Do Mammograms harm women?” Yes. When looking at the breast cancer death rate from 1930 until now, there is no convincing evidence of the benefit of mammography.

What Should You Do?
I find it hard to believe that women need to undergo a yearly or biannually screening mammogram when the data is not there to support it.We need more research on how to prevent breast cancer. Mammograms do not prevent breast cancer; they diagnose it.Breast thermology is a better choice. Thermology measures the heat of the body via infrared images. For over 20 years, I have had women receive breast thermology at Thermascan – http://www.thermascan.com/.

Benefits of Breast Massage

Breast massage has been practiced for years as a means of stimulating healthy breast growth or natural breast enlargement and breast health.
Breast massage Benefits:
Prevent sagging breast and improve breast shape. The breast is composed of tissue and fat from adipose tissue. A company of massage and good help these tissues tone and society from them. The Wonders of Massage to Increase Bust Size
An effective breast massage depends on two things. One is prolactin production. The Prolactin is a hormone emitted by the pituitary gland, furthermore, this essential breast-enlarging hormone is triggered by frequent stimulation of the nipples and surrounding areas of the breasts. The other would be, increase in blood flow. Due to the fact that phytoestrogen cruises through the bloodstream and goes through the breasts, it’ll be quicker for the breast receptors to receive what is needed in order to stimulate breast growth.Begin by rapidly rubbing your hands together in order to produce heat and power. As soon as the palm of your hands start to feel warm, put them over your chest. Massage inwards with your palms, advancing around your breasts in a circular motion. bra

THE LINK BETWEEN BREAST CANCER AND BRAS
Contrary to a common myth, going bra-less (many women prefer the more positive term "bra-free") will not make you sag more. In fact, some women actually find that they sag less, presumably because their chest ligaments and muscles improve their tone and strength when they must do the work of supporting the breasts (one doctor said it is a matter of "Use it or lose it.") Medical research gives plausibility to this theory, since research shows that ligaments depend on weight-bearing and movement for maintaining proper structure and function. The more hours per day that woman wear bras, the higher their rates of breast cancer.Bras can bind and constrict the lymphatic circulation. This prevents the natural flushing out of accumulated cancer-causing wastes and toxins from the breast. Fluid pooling could then result in fibrocystic changes (benign lumps, cysts, and pain). This gives a breeding ground for various problems, including cancer.
The odds of getting breast cancer dramatically increased with bra-wearing over 12 hours per dayThe study showed that:
Women who wore their bras 24 hours per day had a 3 out of 4 chance of developing breast cancer (in their study, n=2056 for the cancer group and n=2674 for the standard group).Women who wore bras more than 12 hour per day but not to bed had a 1 out of 7 risk.; Women who wore bras rarely or never had a 1 out of 168 chance of getting breast cancer.

Lymphatic Circulation
Lymphatic circulation in many tissues (especially the primary lymphatics) are highly dependent on movement. When you sit for a long time on an airplane flight, your feet and ankles can swell, because lymphatic circulation goes to near zero. Wearing a bra, especially a constricting one with under wires and if worn to bed, prevents normal lymphatic flow and would likely lead to anoxia (lower than normal oxygen content), which has been related to fibrosis, which has been linked to increased cancer risk. Women who exercise have lower risk, which could relate to better lymphatic circulation.
