Mothers Day Cacao Smoothie Bowl

This powerful bowl is loaded with antioxidants from the cacao, along with a serving of greens, plus healthy fats and protein from the hemp seeds. It’s the perfect way to start the day for the mom in your life.

2 medium bananas, frozen
1 cup spinach
1 tablespoon cacao powder
⅔ cup nut milk
3–4 ice cubes

⅓ banana, sliced
2 teaspoons hemp seeds
¼ ounce dark chocolate, chopped
2 tablespoons almonds, chopped


  1. Add bananas, spinach, cacao powder, nut milk and ice cubes to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into your favorite bowl; then top with banana slices, hemp seeds, dark chocolate and almonds.
  3. Enjoy immediately.
