This is all negligent and inaccurate, but we’ve been trained to believe hormones (and now genes too) are the cause of everything. This belief is so disempowering. The health of the adrenals also play a role in the reproductive system because the adrenals produce a majority of the reproductive hormones, including estrogen and progesterone.

Breast density. When toxins build up in breast tissue, they create density and cause the connective tissue to lose elasticity and viscosity. When the liver has already reached its maximum capacity of toxins, the lymphatic system becomes a secondary filtration system. The breast is a lymph system. When poisons and toxic heavy metals start to accumulate there, saturation happens quickly, and breast tissue becomes dense.

In addition to toxins, another leading contributor to breast density is the calcium in dairy products. This form of calcium is not a healthy calcium. It’s an aggressive calcium. It becomes fuel for pathogens and bugs, and it’s antagonistic to women’s health.

What All Individuals Should Know

Dehydration of breast tissue is another cause of breast density. The toxins that have accumulated in the tissue keep cells from being revitalized. Then if there’s no living water (which is present in abundance in celery juice) to flush out the tissue and keep it healthy and hydrated, more problems mount. In addition to celery juice, you can use other living drinks at different times to stay hydrated, such as lemon or lime water, cucumber juice, melon juice, and fresh squeezed orange juice. Go ahead and add some raw honey to your lemon or lime water if you’d like—honey is antiviral and antipathogenic.

The Epstein Barr virus is responsible for some of the more advanced breast conditions and issues, including some forms of breast cancer. Here again, celery juice comes to the rescue by breaking down the virus over time and flushing it out of your body.

Cysts. Reproductive cysts can develop from a range of toxins, including heavy metals, pesticides, funcidies, herbicides, and viruses like Epstein-Barr. These cysts can be benign or cancerous, depending on the toxins you have and how aggressive the variety of Epstein-Barr (there are more than 60 varieties—the virus has mutated, and some versions are quite old while others are brand new).

Many cysts are lymphatic vessel scar tissue surrounding the reproductive system that became inflamed and hardened, and maybe even calcified, due to viral infection.

Fibroids.

Fibroids in the uterus have different causes, but unknown to medical research and science, the two main causes are Epstein-Barr virus and streptococcus bacteria. When a virus is the offender, the fibroid has a rounder shape.

How Thick Is Your Blood?

One of the reasons you want to stay hydrated is that if you reach a certain level of dehydration, your blood can thicken. Once you develop thick blood, it becomes much more challenging for your heart to draw up fresh, clean blood from the liver. The heart may also have greater difficulty providing the brain and other organs with adequate blood and oxygen. Over time, this continuous exertion can prematurely wear out the heart.

In addition, thick blood may set you up for major health issues, including a stroke, transient ischemic attack (TIA), heart attack, liver problems, kidney problems, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol. The risk of cancer is considerably greater for people with thick blood because there’s less oxygen circulating throughout the body, making it harder for the body to detoxify. As someone with thick blood ages, the risk of more health problems increases.

A person with thick blood may not reap the benefits of a detox protocol or exercise routine because thick blood makes it harder for the body to flush out toxins. Even someone who appears to be in amazing shape can still have thick blood and a highly-acidic system. These hidden issues can easily lead to a stroke or heart attack in even the most fit-looking individual. In contrast, someone that doesn’t appear extraordinarily fit, but manages to keep his or her blood thin and body hydrated through a nourishing diet and positive lifestyle choices may not be as likely to suffer from the health issues associated with thick blood.

Viruses are behind these and many other chronic illnesses, and staying hydrated will help your body fight the bugs.

When it comes to hydrating yourself, most people know to reach for water, but make sure it’s high-quality water. If there are traces of chlorine in the water it can be extremely dehydrating.
