Prostate Health
One study took 1,300 men and split them in two groups. The first took 200 mcg of selenium a day, the second got a sugar pill. The authors called the results "striking." The overall risk of prostate cancer was almost 50 percent lower in the selenium group

The best foods for selenium are organ meats from grass-fed animals, garlic, nuts or fish.

Fish is loaded with selenium. You can get all the selenium you need from a can of tuna or a serving of swordfish. If you are concerned about mercury in big fish like tuna or swordfish, you can go with cod.

Organ meats like chicken livers or turkey and chicken giblets have a lot of selenium, too. For instance, one chicken liver will give you 140 micrograms of selenium. Muscle meat has less selenium.

One medium egg has 14 mcg of selenium.

If liver and eggs aren't your speed, you can eat some nuts. An ounce of walnuts has 5 micrograms. Almonds have a little less. A cup of almonds gives you 2.5 mcg.

One variety of nut offers a full day's worth of selenium in just one bite. It's the Brazil nut. Brazil nuts grow in the Brazilian jungle where the soil is rich in the anti-cancer mineral. Just one single Brazil nut eaten right out of the shell will provide you with 100 mcg of selenium.

The Natural Way to a Healthy Prostate (Good Health Guides)
Boost male fertility with the right foods

Pomegranate Juice Consumption Boosts Sperm Quality, Motility

The primary source of this fruit's benefits is its antioxidant content, particularly ellagitannin compounds like punicalagins and punicalins, which account for about half of the pomegranate's antioxidant ability. The juice and pulp of pomegranates have previously been studied for their potential heart- and joint health benefits.

Oysters are very rich in zinc.

It's been found in studies to decrease testicular function in four out of five men when it's lacking. Men deficient in zinc may experience impotence, and since oysters are brimming with zinc, the correlation is that they're the perfect libido-boosting food. Either way, incorporating oysters in diets can't hurt if it fits into an individual's dietary lifestyle. If not, other sources of zinc include sesame and celery seeds.Want a higher sperm count?

Eat these foods

A Brazilian study showed that whole grains and eating more fresh fruits were responsible for increased sperm count and viability, and also played a role in the sperm's speed. Once again, it's proof that eating whole and fresh foods do the body good.To reap the benefits, enjoy foods that are high in folate, since low folate levels have been linked to decreased male fertility. Citrus fruits contain folate, as do bananas and, to a much lesser extent, peaches. Avocados, spinach and kale are also excellent folate sources and considered important for healthy sperm and chromosome development.Foods high in vitamin C are also very important for sperm health, since the vitamin increases the life span of sperm as well as the motility (ability to "swim"). To obtain more vitamin C, eat more papaya, oranges, strawberries and kiwi. Vegetables high in vitamin C include red bell peppers, cauliflower and kale. Also be sure to include chia, flax and hemp seeds in your diet.

They're rich in omega-3, which the journal Human Reproduction reported as being a key factor in men with the healthiest looking sperm. The more omega-3-rich foods they consumed, the better their fertility.Always choose organic foods and shop at local markets whenever possible.
Increase you sexual performance with nitric Oxide

Nitric oxide ("NO") is a gas produced by a single layer of cells that line your blood vessels. When NO is released, it causes your blood vessels to relax and expand, sending a rush of oxygen throughout your body. This "energy pump" expands your blood vessels, and the increased flow of blood and oxygen that follows, is essential for life. You couldn't live without it.NO is critical for boosting your heart strength, muscle strength, and promoting strong erections. And it's fast-acting, too. The first step to more NO is a simple amino acid called l-arginine. Your body uses this amino acid to trigger the release of NO.
Body builders have been using l-arginine for years. Taken before a workout, it gives them a "muscle pump" by getting more blood and oxygen to their musclesMore info

Beets and Dietary Nitrates:
Nitric Oxide Activation From Food
Diet has a large impact on nitric oxide (N-O) production. That's because in addition to being produced in the endothelium (lining of the arteries), it is also made in the mouth and the digestive tract ... as long as the conditions are right. When we're younger, the body easily converts the naturally occurring nitrates found in certain plant foods into N-O. Beets, spinach, and leafy greens are especially nitrate rich. As these foods are chewed, helpful bacteria in the saliva converts the nitrates into nitrites. Once in the stomach, gastric juices act on nitrites and convert them to nitrogen dioxide, dinitrogen trioxide, and nitric oxide. Antioxidants go to work on the nitrogen dioxide, scavenging the extra oxygen molecule and reducing it to still more nitric oxide. The N-O is then absorbed through the intestinal tract and back into the bloodstream.Proton Pump Inhibitors:

The treatment of acid reflux - PPIs can suppress the body's ability to make nitric oxide
Mouthwashes kill the bad, odor-causing bacteria, but they also kill the friendly bacteria that are needed for N-O production

Acid Reflux is actually a cause of too much acid in the body and to little in the StomachHow To Replenish Your Nitric Oxide Levels

Changes in diet to include more N-O stimulating foods such as spinach and beetroot may help to restore some of the missing nitric oxide.
Regular exercise, which helps to promote N-O, is also recommended.
Organic Sparkling wine helps release more Nitric Oxide
